Mark Clatterbuck was charged with Disorderly Conduct in early October after visiting Williams’ new Rock Springs gas pipeline project. The fabricated charges resulted when Mark attempted to document the "out-of-state" jobs by filming the license plates on the job site. These charges are just another attempt to silence the opposition.
Williams "business as usual" blatant disregard for our pristine streams and natural habitats was obvious. At the insistence of Lancaster residents, the Lancaster County Conservation District visited the job site. Williams was subsequently cited with 10 earth disturbance violations. In Lancaster County, the Lancaster County Conservation District is the agency designated by the state Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) to investigate complaints and inspect earth disturbance activities for violations of the Pennsylvania Clean Streams Law.
Come out to support Mark and show Williams that we can not and will not be silenced!
