Lancaster's Proposed Natural Gas Pipeline in the Global Marketplace

The Presenter:  Dr. Witmer is the Senior Analyst with Energy Efficiency Evaluations, from July 2009 to present.  He is responsible for the independent evaluation of energy technologies, including technical viability, commercial availability, economic suitability, especially for new technologies for carbon footprint reduction, or cost reduction strategies for small power systems. He was the Director of the Arctic Energy Technology Development Laboratory and Research at the University of Alaska, Fairbanks, Assistant Professor, from Summer 1998 to June 2009.   Witmer received his Ph.D from the University of Pennsylvania and his BS degree in physics from Millersville University.
